Q82 EVENTS: THE UNUSUAL EVENT!!!
Q82 Events had been the organizer of the KADUNA ENTERTAINMENT AWARDS (THE KEAAWARDS) and THE MOST BEAUTIFUL GIRL IN SOUTHERN KADUNA (THE MBGSK).
We can recall that the THEKEAAWARDS7 which was tagged “ANOTHER DIMENSION” recorded a huge success. This was achieved because of you all.
For that reason, we are setting the ball rolling for #THEKEAAWARDS8 tagged “THE UNUSUAL EVENT”. This will be massive as the usual support and partnership are needed.
Note that the current MOST BEAUTIFUL GIRL IN SOUTHERN KADUNA will be hosted in Kaduna, not Kafanchan, as in the previous edition.
Our website remains www.q82ng.com. This will be for the two events.
The submission as it has always been, should be done online at www.q82ng.com and as the theme (THE UNUSUAL EVENT) implies, we will be taking another dimension but please note that fans and management can as well submit material(s) for the favourite acts. However, there are a few things you need to know:
Please be informed that only original songs would be considered for Kaduna Entertainment Awards #TheUnusualEvent, if you use someone’s beat/instrumental/soundtrack originally meant for his/her song or if you use a free beat/instrumental/soundtrack downloaded online, your nomination would automatically be trashed/deleted.
And also if you submit a photo that you captured using your phone or non-quality device, your submission would automatically be invalid.
All we ask from you is your songs must be:
1. Played on Radio and Radio Shows, making it to Radio top chart will be a plus.
2. on popular music blogs in the country.
3. Qualified songs for nomination must have been released in the year under review (September 2021 to September 2022)
– To submit your own song; the beat/instrumental/soundtrack must be produced purposely for your song.
– Indicate the name of the beatmaker/producer.
– Send 3 digital photos which you captured from a photo studio.
4. For entertainment blogs: If an entertainment blog must obtain a nomination, it must have existed for not less than 6 months.
Kindly note that the category of BEST INDIGENOUS SONG is not for acts based in Kaduna as widely misunderstood but for songs that have 40% to 100% local Dialect, also know that you can submit your materials for all categories except AREWA SONG OF THE YEAR where the faculty will do justices to that.
